1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with w4lyf, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise accessing any portion of the w4lyf Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with w4lyf and confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by w4lyf, including but not limited to casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games, fishing games), sports betting, promotions, bonuses, and payment processing services.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. 2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

w4lyf services are intended exclusively for individuals who meet all legal requirements for online gambling in their jurisdiction. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

w4lyf reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and permanent account closure. We implement strict age verification measures to prevent underage gambling. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated, all bets voided, and deposits confiscated without exception.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access w4lyf services, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with w4lyf. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3.2 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach, you must immediately notify w4lyf customer support and change your password. w4lyf is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

w4lyf operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. You must provide requested documents within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete verification procedures may result in account restrictions, withdrawal delays, or account closure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

w4lyf accepts deposits through various payment methods popular among Filipino players, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), credit and debit cards, and other electronic payment systems. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit rejection, account suspension, and potential confiscation of funds.

w4lyf does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. Deposits are typically processed instantly, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. Once deposited, funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Terms

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms & Conditions and our withdrawal policies. Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, you must contact customer support to arrange an alternative method.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require document verification. Processing times vary by payment method, typically ranging from 1-5 business days for bank transfers and 24-48 hours for e-wallet withdrawals like GCash and Maya.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500, and maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account status and verification level. w4lyf reserves the right to conduct security checks on withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation or information before processing payouts. Withdrawal requests may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if account verification is incomplete.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

w4lyf offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance player experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional offer details. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds and/or deposit amounts must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

w4lyf reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, and confiscate winnings if bonus terms are violated or if bonus abuse is detected. 7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on w4lyf are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirming placement. w4lyf is not liable for errors made by players when placing bets.

In the event of technical malfunctions, game errors, or communication failures that affect game outcomes, w4lyf reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a game is interrupted or disconnected mid-play, the game round will typically be completed automatically by the game system, and results will be recorded according to the game's technical specifications.

Maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary depending on game type and whether bonus funds are active. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of winnings. Specific game rules, payout structures, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game interface.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and confiscation of funds:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Use of bots, automated betting systems, or artificial intelligence software
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or use any content from the w4lyf Platform without explicit written permission from w4lyf. Unauthorized use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

10. Limitation of Liability

w4lyf provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, w4lyf disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

w4lyf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if w4lyf has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall w4lyf's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of w4lyf services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting w4lyf customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. w4lyf reserves the right to retain accounts for a minimum period to comply with regulatory requirements before permanently deleting account data.

w4lyf may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we suspect money laundering or other illegal activities. Upon termination, all bonuses and winnings derived from breached terms will be forfeited, and only original deposits (minus any withdrawals already processed) may be returned at w4lyf's sole discretion.
